Shortly after your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation which includes your order details. Please save/print this confirmation for your records. If you Rented an Instrument and chose in-store pick-up of your order, you will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm availability and pick-up time; if the instrument is to be delivered to your child’s school, you will be notified via a separate email within 48 hours with information on the delivery date, as well as the contact information for our Educational Representative for your school. Your representative will also contact you to be sure you have the supplies that your school’s director may request for the classroom. Please note that the renter will need to bring a license and a signature is required for all instrument pick-ups. Contact the store if you plan to send someone else to pick up your rental.
