The Po River PN700R violin is designed for the advancing player. This hand-rubbed, golden-brown oil varnished violin is handmade in Prague. The model 700 is constructed with figured hand-carved European Spruce top and hand-carved European Solid flamed maple back and sides. It also includes seasoned ebony fittings, an ebony tailpiece with one German made Wittner E string adjuster and a figured French maple bridge. The Model 700 comes strung up with Thomastik Dominants. Because of this, the tone is soft, clear and rich. A foam core oblong suspension case featuring four bow holders protects the instrument. The Po River PN700R violin outfit includes Kolstein Rosin and a well balanced carbon fiber bow.
